A Faster Tool to Reduce Repair Time and Lower Materials Cost
Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) is the repair and complete removal of small dents and dings most often caused by shopping carts and other cars in parking lots. In addition, a very common application is the removal of multiple dents caused by hail storms. PDR preserves the original finish and does not use paint, body fillers or any chemicals.
There are several PDR tools in the market today and they all offer different characteristics and benefits. The MAX PULLER MP508 does not require any specific training and is very easy to use. It works from the "outside" - no need to work from behind the dent, no interior trims to be removed. It allows you to work on dents located in areas that are hard to reach with other conventional tools.
Last, one important point: Don't get overworked and tired by using a manual puller to remove multiple dents, the MAX PULLER is fast, strong and does not require any physical effort!
A Very Simple Process
The MP508 works through a simple and smooth pneumatic action that produces an equal but opposite force to the one that caused the original damage.
Simple Steps to be followed
-
Clean the dent and surrounding area with a cleaning solution
-
Mark the dent and identify its center
-
Select and glue the appropriate dent lifter
-
Engage the MP508 to the selected dent lifter
-
Adjust the "pull dial" to the necessary pull distance
-
Press the trigger to produce a smooth pneumatic force
-
Repeat steps 5 and 6 to gradually lift the dent
-
Spray cleaning solution or isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) to remove the dent lifter and clean excess glue
-
If applicable, remove a "high spot" using the flat tip punch
